A 12-year-old girl made quite the find in her backyard, a fossil that is more than 100 million years old!
It's the biggest show and tell of her life.
Maggie Jones, 12, is telling everyone about the rare fossil she discovered in her backyard in Aubrey, Texas.
This prehistoric fish fossil is more than 100 million years old.

Its discovery was not on purpose; Maggie and dad Paul were roasting marshmallows at home when they took a walk near their creek.
The fossil found by Paul Jones and his 12-year-old daughter, Maggie, is now on exhibition at the University of North Texas.
"To have something come in that is that nice, that well defined, the detail, literally the entire skull is there and embedded in the rock. That was just exceptional,” said UNT geography professor George Maxey.
It was a pleasant surprise for everyone, especially for this dad and daughter who simply went for a walk.
